- Plan facility operations according to functions and tasks.
- Ensure the operation of operations at the facility according to the Company's working process and development orientation.
- Direct management and supervision of all personnel at the facility: Professional block (Teachers, teaching assistants), administrative block... to ensure effective operation at the facility.
- Ensure professional skills and working procedures at the facility, teaching, timekeeping, cleaning...
- Welcoming and providing information to parents and students.
- Manage monthly tuition collection and submit it to the Finance and Accounting department.
- Ensuring security, order, safety for students, fire prevention and sanitation at the facility.
- Manage equipment and optimize costs at the facility.
- Participate and report in weekly and monthly meetings chaired by the Board of Directors
- Promptly report to the Board of Directors any problems that arise and handle them promptly and effectively, ensuring learning for students. Advise and advise the Board of Directors to operate the facility/center more effectively
- Other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Working hours: (Monday to Friday), and every morning, evening, and Saturday, Sunday
