- Defining and implementing business strategies, planning implementation with staff to achieve sales goals and market development.
- Build sales routes for sales staff, manage customer lists.
- Arrange and assign work to subordinates and supervise so that they can guide, assist, and promptly handle situations beyond the employee's capabilities.
- Contact, negotiate, and maintain relationships with customers to ensure sales.
- Advise and propose to the Director of distribution channels sales plans, promotional programs, and market situation.
- Management and professional training and skills for sales staff.
