- Receive business targets and make business plans to meet the set sales targets monthly/quarterly/yearly;
- Proposing sales policies, collecting information, analyzing and proposing types and quantities of sales from time to time for the company to implement the import plan;
- Supervising, supporting and training the sales team to accomplish the company's goals
- Make a work plan for the sales team in charge
- Prepare reports on business and market situation periodically and at the request of the Sales Director
- Search, build and develop new customer network
- Monitor, supervise and urge debt recovery for customers
- Surveying and understanding the market, competitors, timely advising the Sales Director to have a suitable business strategy, with a sustainable market development orientation
- Monitor the implementation of the plan and propose solutions to improve, fix existing problems if any, receive and review reports of employees within the scope of responsibility.
