- Allocate work to employees in shift
- Update information about room status into the system
- Ensure the room is cleaned and follow the hotel's procedures & standards
- Check the cleanliness of the clean room for guests to check-in and the guest room in accordance with the hotel's standards.
- Thoroughly check the hygiene of the foyer, living room, public areas and make sure everything is displayed in the correct position.
- Check the cleanliness of corridors, floors, elevators, and stairs to be clean, without obstacles occupying passages and exits.
- Check if the equipment in the room is working properly. If damage is detected, it must be reported immediately to the relevant department for timely repair.
- Monitor bills for mini bar, laundry and remind staff not to lack free drinking water or drinks in the minibar.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Control and monitor the operating status of equipment and cleaning tools of the room department. Contact technical service immediately in case of damage.
- Monitor the shelf life of the cleaning chemicals of the part.
- Remind employees to clean equipment and tools and arrange them neatly in the warehouse after the shift.
- Responsible for managing employee keys and walkie-talkies.
- Conduct training in housekeeping skills for new employees, re-instruct employees who do not follow the correct procedures.
- Update new room making methods and plan re-training for employees.
- Assist staff with housekeeping when needed.
- Record details of unfinished work in the shift handover book and hand it over to the shift taking over.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Report daily and monthly work to Manager.
- Participate and resolve guest complaints
