- Ensure that the distributor strictly complies with the terms of the contract as well as notices and policies at the time of sale.
- Develop and divide goals (output, sales, key products,...) clearly, suitable for each member of the sales team.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the team's goals on a daily/weekly basis and take timely solutions.
- Collect, provide information, feedback and reports related to the market, competitors.
- Monitoring sales activities.
2). Customer development/support (25%)
- Support distributors/customers to solve business problems.
- Regularly go to the market, care and take care of customers. Solve problems that arise and need to be improved for the Sales team.
3). Carry out supervision (25%)
- Supervision of sales, points of sale, debt management, goods.
- Develop and implement sales plan for NVBH.
- Leading and coaching teams.
- Implement KPIs, evaluate sales targets.
- Evaluation of distributors: Inventory, liabilities, sales progress.
4). Perform other tasks as required (25%)
