- Supervise and take responsibility for the daily tasks of Restaurant Staff.
- Check and ensure equipment at the restaurant is always operating and report maintenance and repair immediately when damaged.
- Support Restaurant Manager in managing all restaurant operating costs.
- Supervise, coordinate and direct to ensure fast, efficient and courteous service quality.
- Support restaurant management to build a safe and healthy working environment at the restaurant.
- Responsible for checking the total inventory of the restaurant area, ensuring the goods in the warehouse are complete, arranged neatly and orderly and do not store expired goods.
- Understand the table and party booking schedule to have reasonable coordination of personnel as well as related items and equipment.
- Monitor and regularly update customer satisfaction for superiors and employees.
- Responsible for arranging employees' work schedules appropriately.
- Coordinate with personnel related to salary calculation, timekeeping,... Coordinate accounting and related processes.
- Monitor and update the effectiveness of promotional programs.
- Report work fully according to regulations.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Department Head and Board of Directors.
