Supervision of interior construction at Ba Ria - Vung Tau - Tm Dv Sx Nội Thất Và Xây Dựng Full House

- Receive and check drawings, survey, check the ground, measure the current size;

- Research, understand and accurately implement drawings and construction methods. Exchange and coordinate with the design and production department

- Prepare the overall construction plan, staffing plan, stage implementation plan.

- In charge of supervising the construction and installation of interior and exterior finishing (Tiling, plaster, water-based paint...);

- Regularly and continuously urge contractors and construction teams to execute on schedule approved by the investor;

- Coordinating with the design department to ensure that the project is constructed with the highest technical and aesthetic standards, agreeing to discuss and resolve problems/adjustments on site;

- Carrying out the acceptance of quality and quantity of materials and works with contractors;

- Perform other tasks as requested by management;
