INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION at Ho Chi Minh City - Cp Ddecor

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare estimates for rough and finished works
- Calculate the structure of civil works
- Monitor and supervise the construction of the works (construction conditions, component acceptance, acceptance and put into use, management of completion documents - quality management records)
- Support order staff to search for contractors, product supply partners and select materials to put in the works
- Set up the construction schedule and agree on the progress with the contractors
- Check the construction conditions and receive the construction site with the investor. Surveying the current status of the works for the design and production work.
- Check the suitability of the interior construction contractor's capacity with the bidding documents and construction contracts
- Other tasks as directed by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors
- Working enthusiastically, energetically, with love for work, showing the highest sense of responsibility to complete the task.
