1.Job description:

Teaching/Training:

• Teaching English communication online 1 on 1 to students via one of the platforms: Skype, Zoom,...
• Teaching according to available textbooks. Encourage lecturers to contribute ideas, adjust and optimize the curriculum to suit students.
• Take care of students throughout the learning process.
• Duration of 1 class: 60 minutes/session, 3 sessions/week. Teaching a minimum of 6 hours/week (According to each student until the end of the 36-72 sessions).

Report:

• Update and report work according to regulations & when required.

Other jobs

• Standard requirements for image and style meet the Group's brand ambassador criteria.
• Participate in training and coaching throughout the entire working process.
• Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

2. Job requirements:

Age: over 18 years old

Experience:

• International C1 certificate (TOEIC ≥ 900, IELTS ≥ 7.0,...)
• Or University Degree Bachelor of Languages/English Pedagogy/Translating and Interpreting…
• Priority is given to candidates who have previously taught.

Skill:

• Good pronunciation ability.
• Love sharing, training & developing people.
• Good communication ability and encourage students to speak English.

Attitude and qualities:

• Honest, enthusiastic, responsible for work.
• Enthusiastic, have the spirit of learning and self-development, committed to and love innovation.
• Agile and proactive.

Other requirements:

• Have a personal computer, participate in the training process to ensure requirements.

3. Benefits:

• Salary for teaching 1-1 course: 100,000/hour
• Total income: from 4,000,000 VND - 8,000,000 VND
