- Implement sales development programs in the Pawn Finance segment.
- Support customers in the service of Inspection, Purchase, Sale of diamonds, handbags and high-end watches.
- Steps to complete a mortgage transaction for a customer: Welcoming the customer -> Receiving the product for inspection (with support tools) -> Product pricing -> Consulting, persuasion -> Support in making contracts VND -> Support customers to pay interest, redeem, take care of customers...
- Conduct transactions with customers at the Main Transaction Office and neighboring Transaction Points
* Working in rotating shifts: Shift 1: 8:30 a.m., Shift 2: 4:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., OFF 01 day per week, FULL 01 day.
