1. Male boarding work:
– Prepare and fully implement monthly boarding management work plans.
– Manage the Southern boarding area according to the school's regulations, manage students well in implementing boarding rules, ensuring order and security, a healthy living and educational environment.
– Manage learning activities of boarding students
– Monitor and record disciplinary violations of boarding students in prescribed records.
– Detect and handle cases of student discipline violations.
– Organize extracurricular activities for boarding students
– Fully report to the school board on the learning situation and discipline of boarding students
– Coordinate closely with relevant departments in student education.
– Implement the school's administrative regulations
– Other tasks as assigned by the school

2. Management work:
– Plan to carry out classroom management work.
– Manage student discipline and routine: in the early morning, during school hours, recess, lunch time, extracurricular participation, club participation... Detect and handle violations Discipline of students within the allowed authority, and immediately report to the General Manager for timely coordination and handling.
– Regularly be present in the area where the class is in charge to manage your class, support subject teachers when needed, and immediately notify the Academic Affairs Department when subject teachers do not come to teach.
– Student learning management: monitor each student's learning, clearly understand the learning situation and learning ability of each student in the class.
– Coordinate with subject teachers to clearly understand which subjects students are weak in, and take measures to coordinate with teachers to review evening/family lessons to require students to study and supplement knowledge promptly.
– Participate in evening reading at least 2 times/week.
– Implement a management book to track students at each stage according to the school's requirements.
– Prepare academic records.
– Report on the learning and training status of students in the management class weekly, summarize the student situation periodically, and in unexpected cases to the general manager, leadership board, and relevant members to promptly processing coordination.
– Perform administrative duties as required by the school.
