- Receive requests from departments and make recruitment plans on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Manage recruitment channels.
- Responsible for screening resumes and selecting candidates that match job requirements.
- Maintain and develop candidate information system.
- Work with departments to update recruitment information and ensure recruitment progress.
- Post-recruitment activities: Guide the recruitment procedure, complete the new employee profile and complete the interview evaluation.
- Report the recruitment situation weekly, monthly to the Head of Human Resources.
