Job Description

+ Managing timekeeping, salary calculation, bonus and monthly allowances for officials, employees and collaborators at the Company;
+ Survey, receive recruitment needs from departments and work with recruitment agencies to find suitable candidate sources;
+ Organize, manage, implement and coordinate interview activities to find suitable candidates for vacancies;
+ Drafting, implementing, applying, promulgating and communicating policies, regulations and management processes on human resources such as recruitment process, salary review process, monthly salary calculation process;
+ Consulting, answering problems related to regimes, policies, salaries, salary review needs, psychological counseling for officers and employees within the Company;
5. Research, build and apply the corporate culture model applied to reality of VietConnect company;
+ Organizing and implementing cultural programs and events, exchanges within the company or between the company and external units;
+ Manage and provide daily administrative services at the Company;
+ Receive, manage and store documents, official letters, notices, etc. from customers, partners, state management agencies;
+ Manage documents, dispatches, notices, .. from the company sent to customers, partners, state agencies;
+ Act as the focal point for management and implementation of administrative purchases, stationery, daily-life utilities;
+ Searching for offices and working locations for the company to meet the needs of business expansion, negotiating on lease contracts, moving offices or contracts to use utility services in other areas. Company office building. Coordinating the relocation and relocation of the Company's working locations;
12. Drafting, promulgating and communicating the company's internal administrative policies and regulations;
+ Develop, implement and apply administrative, security and environmental management processes in the Company's office buildings.
