1. Requirements

- Male, graduated from college or higher majoring in human resource management, administration, archives, accounting, foreign languages...
- Experience in administrative, clerical, and archival work
- Have knowledge of labor law and social insurance
- Have experience in timekeeping, salary calculation, and social insurance operations
2. Job description

- Receive, classify, update in the clerical book official dispatches, letters, documents... sent from outside and forward to relevant departments to handle work.
- Disseminate the Company's Decisions, Regulations... to all Branch employees.
- Submit to the Board of Directors to handle incoming and outgoing dispatches and Company documents according to the correct process, monitor and update reports on the implementation status to the Board of Directors. Store all official dispatches, papers, contracts and related documents according to 5S regulations.
- Update the Management book and use the seal in accordance with company regulations and legal regulations
- Carry out timekeeping and salary calculation for employees in accordance with the Company's issued procedures and review work days, vacation days... to ensure accurate and timely payroll preparation. Coordinate with the company's HCMC Department to issue labor insurance to employees at factories and branches.
- Coordinate with the Company's Human Resources Department to implement relevant benefits for employees when terminating the labor contract, maternity leave, sickness..., and take care of the company's welfare regime such as weddings, birthdays... for employees at the branch and promptly report to the company.
- Receive invoices, documents, and records from factories, monitor and establish payment procedures for costs related to customer service and regular expenses of the branch.
- Directly responsible for environmental sanitation management and 5S work at branches and factories;
- Organize office arrangements when there are meetings at the branch. Monitor and manage office assets
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
