Position: Full-time Customer Care Officer.
Work content:
- Responsible for welcoming parents and customers to the center and other potential data at the Collection Center.
- Advise parents on appropriate programs and learning paths for students, answer questions from parents, expand the potential customer base at the Center by searching and collecting activities. customer data from offline enrollment channels... as assigned by the Center Head.
- Act as a liaison between parents and the center, proactively care for and promptly answer questions from parents.
- Regularly contact parents to update students' learning status as well as learn about parents' thoughts and wishes regarding the center's quality and services.
- Answering phones, receiving and processing calls to the center.
- Support enrollment work: carry out admission procedures, entrance tests, and class placement for students.
- Support foreign teachers in the learning problems of students at the center
- Perform other related tasks as directed by the Center Head
