Develop and oversee a comprehensive curriculum that supports early childhood education and meets the individual needs of students, in collaboration with the teaching staff.
Regularly update and supplement the latest development trends in teaching methods and technology in preschool education.
Operate
Recruit, train and evaluate teachers and staff while promoting individual professional development and ensuring continuous improvement in teaching practices to enhance the quality of preschool teachers
Manage and allocate work for preschool teachers, monitor and prepare reports to evaluate work performance; Prepare reports related to the curriculum to report to the Department/Department of Education.
Emphasize the overall development of a positive school culture that promotes respect, gentleness and effective communication among staff, students and parents.
Attend seminars at all levels and meetings as required.
