Job duties
Financial management: - Ensure the achievement of enrollment targets, manage expenses to ensure a reasonable spending budget
- Maximize the center's performance, increase profits through extracurricular programs and summer campaigns
- Submit financial reports when requested by upper management
Personnel: - Manage and supervise staff and teachers
- Ensuring teaching quality through teacher evaluation
- Training and coaching teachers and staff
- Identify training needs and provide training roadmap for staff and teachers
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship among center staff
Operating operations: - Manage day-to-day operations at the center
- Plan annual activities and events
- Responsible for enrollment targets, school revenue
- Maintain records and reports in accordance with regulations of the departments
- Manage human resources and facilities effectively and achieve optimal performance
- Ensure safety, health and security for children
- Ensure nutritious and hygienic meals at all times
To build a relationship: - Handling the comments of parents
- Establish a good relationship with external units
- Enhance the sense of social responsibility of children and parents with practical activities
- Planning parent-teacher meetings
Professional development - Participate in training courses, seminars, conferences, professional training to maintain and improve professional capacity.
REQUEST
- Graduated from University/Master in Pedagogy or above.
- Have a certificate of completion of the training program in educational management.
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, dynamic, creative, modern educational thinking.
- Ability to work independently and in a good team.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
