Job description 1. Team building and development
- Anticipating staffing needs and recruiting the right Relationship Manager (RM) staff.
- Team management, creative in strategy to manage the team with Branch Manager.
- Regularly interact with RMs to understand the strengths and aspirations of each RM and have appropriate development orientation.
2. Organization, planning and training
- Organize private coaching and training sessions to improve knowledge and soft skills for RMs.
- Monitor the activities of our RM teams to ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Research, analyze the market, business situation, make recruitment plan, develop the team to achieve the set goals.
- Support events held at the office as well as support customers to attend events to expand relationships.
3. Personal development
- Participate in company training programs to improve financial knowledge as well as develop management skills.
- Comply with company guidelines and policies.
Candidate Requirements - Education level: College graduate or above.
- Good problem solving, communication, persuasion and working with people skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Office).
- Ambitious and able to work under pressure.
- Working experience: 1-3 years (no industry limitation)
