Job duties
Personnel
- Store employee resume records, update employee list, monitor monthly attendance.
- Search recruitment sources and channels, filter candidate profiles to meet the vacancies needs of enterprises.
- Implement procedures for receiving and guiding new employees to integrate during the probationary period; Handle the work and procedures when employees leave.
- Carry out legal procedures related to human resources as prescribed.
Administration
- Supervising and managing daily administrative work in the office
- Management of facilities: (stationery, drinking water, printer ink, office machinery and equipment.... Related jobs arise)
- Procurement of office equipment: Search & negotiate with service providers for office equipment, to ensure the best price and service in accordance with the company's needs.
- Organizing events in the company (Employees birthday, happy day, Teambuilding, Company trip, Year End Party...)
- Implement the health check regime for the company's employees (periodic health check...), register the increase or decrease of PVI health insurance for full-time employees and retirees.
- Organize and store administrative documents related to office activities.
