- Plan recruitment, training, and human resource development periodically on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
- Propose and implement the development of processes, regulations and rules related to HR activities.
- Manage, assign work, organize and supervise implementation to ensure completion of goals, functions and tasks of the department.
- Preside and coordinate with relevant departments to supervise the implementation of regulations, processes, regulations on human resources, salaries, etc.
- Organize monthly control and evaluation of work.
- Organize internal communication activities and develop corporate culture.
