Job description
1. Designing and operating human resources management systems
- Participate in updating: procedures, personnel management regulations.
- Participate in updating: company directorate's internal communication policies, programs, and messages.
- Comprehensive Human Resources Management: Appointment, dismissal, relocation, transfer, evaluation, planning, and discipline of employees;
- Management of employee records, workers, continuously and accurately updating 100% of personnel information;
- Recruitment of labor according to the requirements of departments and the development orientation of the company;
- Coordinate with department heads to conduct personnel evaluations and staffing planning;
- Provide orientation training for new employees on procedures, regulations, and corporate culture integration.
2. Labor relations management, human resources policies, handling arising conflicts
- Update legal documents: taxes, social insurance, labor laws to propose regulations, personnel forms, and policies consistent with the company's direction and legal requirements.
- Manage salary, rewards, and social insurance benefits for employees. Propose human resource policies on appropriate benefits for employees in the company's salary and bonus fund forecast.
- Handling conflicts arise in labor relations.
3. Participate in updating regulations, rules, operational procedures, coordination, and department functions
4. Planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising all human resources-related activities
5. Implementing regular reporting regimes and as required by the General Director
Candidate Requirements
1. Educational background, specialized qualifications: University degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
2. Experience:
- At least 02 years in an equivalent position.
- Have experience in the field of education.
3. Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Languages: English or Chinese is an advantage.
5. Knowledge
- Deep expertise in personnel management.
- Deep knowledge of labor law, insurance law, and related legal knowledge in the field of human resources.
- Able to handle high pressure and have high responsibility in work.
- Commitment to and success in work.
