This position will report to the Production Manager (Vietnamese)
The position map from top to bottom is as follows: 1 Japanese Director -> 1 Vietnamese production manager -> 1 Head of production department (vacant position) -> 7 area heads (working in the factory) -> Many supervisor (work in factory)

■REQUIREMENTS
MUST
Gender：Male
Age：From 30~
Education level：Graduated from UNIVERSITY
Language：Communicative English OR Japanese N3
No. of experienced year：Over 2 years of field management in production of over 100 employees

Key experience：
- Priority has been given to having worked for a Japanese or European company
- Office computer

■Salary in Gross & Net:
From 20 Mil
■Working time：Monday ：::/ Closed every day of the year
