• Arrange, display and manage goods at the store.
• Selling and consulting customers about the products the company provides on sales channels: offline at stores and online (facebook, fanpage, e-commerce sites...).
• Carry out import and export slips, sales invoices and customer payments.
• Check orders, track order status, handle service-related issues during delivery and after-sales.
• Manage, track and update product quantities and prices on e-commerce sites (Tiki, Lazada, Shopee, Sendo...)
• Update data into the software, summarize orders at the end of the day.
• Manage goods in warehouses and stores, track inventory data and recommend input goods.
• Report revenue, expenditure, and sales daily, weekly, monthly.
• Other tasks as requested by the manager.
