Job description:
• Direct sales consulting, answering questions from potential customers.
• Enter order data into the system and customer debt.
• Send quotes to customers, provide product information to customers, close orders.
• Receive and process order information. Prepare orders, coordinate with warehouse and shipping services departments to send goods to customers.
• Caring for and maintaining relationships with old and new customers.
• Report online business results to department heads.
• Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
- Male/Female: from 25 - 35 years old
- Qualification: Graduated, college/university majoring in business
- Computer skills: proficient in using office information technology.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a sales position, sales admin or equivalent position
- Experience and knowledge in the restaurant and hotel industry is an advantage
- Knowing how to use Ecount software is an advantage
- Diligent and hard-working, agile in work.
