- Monitor and check the implementation of cost norms for materials, fixed assets, CCDC, and equipment serving the project. Timely detect discrepancies and other costs beyond the estimated plan. Make a plan for recovery or liquidation after the project is completed.
- Prepare warehouse import and export slips and tracking warehouse cards. Periodically, regularly compare and check inventory. Propose liquidation of unnecessary excess supplies and goods.
- Make periodic reports on costs, inventory of materials, equipment, assets, and labor.
- Collect, monitor, and allocate costs according to bidding packages and each investment project.
- Review the contract and make a preliminary assessment of the contractor's financial capacity.
- Check and verify the completeness, validity, and accuracy of payment document components.
- Monitor and manage construction contracts.
- Monitor construction costs and projects according to each phase and project progress. Compare with estimate.
- Arrange and store documents and books on construction projects.
- Prepare reports as requested by superiors.
- Other tasks upon request.
