-Confirm results of checking, counting, delivering and receiving invoices and documents and record books according to regulations.
- Prepare import and export documents and sales invoices.
- Prepare inventory reports, import and export reports.
- Check the validity of invoices and related documents before importing/exporting warehouses
- Accounting for import and export of warehouse and materials, ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of cost items
- Control import and export of inventory. Purchase invoices and customer debt
- Participate in periodic (or unscheduled) inventory work.
- Submit documents and accounting reports according to regulations
