+ Maintain goods, supplies and equipment in the warehouse.
+ Regular inventory of goods to manage absolute accurate inventory data.
+ Proposing to import goods to the management.
+ Receive orders from sales accountant, process, pack, and hand over to the delivery party.
+ Receive customer information from sales staff.
+ Take care of old and new customers, quote and send regular price list to customers.
+ Make sales slips on the computer, close orders with customers and manage cash flow.
+ Handling debts and problems arising with customers during the sales process.
+ Control warranty and feedback from customers during the transaction.
+ Make sales report by day / week / month
