• Update the arising business daily to the sales file Driver and Misa software.
• Monitor cost statistics, price control, Sales - Marketing Team policy.
• In charge of payment, banking transactions.
• Allocating, accruing, depreciating and making tracking files, preserving tools.
• Timekeeping, monthly salary. (coordinating with personnel)
• Control actual revenue and expenses compared to the plan.
• At the end of the month, summarizing expenses, transferring profits/losses, making reports to the Board of Directors.
• Annual financial planning.
• Prepare management reports at the request of the Director.
• Making tax reports, declaring the use of quarterly invoices.
• Bookkeeping to balance revenue / tax expenses.
• Making financial statements, annual settlement.
