GENERAL ACCOUNTING JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collecting debts, issuing invoices, making plans for revenue and expenditure, making receipts and payment slips, reporting receivables, inventorying and comparing inventory quantities.
- Manage to fully implement the statutory reports and internal reports of the company on time.
- Manage and compare data between accounting and shipping and stock, ensuring data consistency across software systems.
- Working with related departments: Tax; Audit ; Security, Order, Statistics…
- Coordinate with other departments (purchase, sales), check accounting-related data to ensure that the vouchers are in accordance with accounting regulations and company processes.
- Prepare management reports and other reports as required by the Board of Directors.
- Support other departments in internal audit according to company policy
