1. Debt and payment section
- Control operating costs, synthesize purchase data
- Exploit market information, search for suppliers
- Make requests to purchase assets, goods, services, control payment amounts
- Plan to buy/sell raw materials to meet production needs for the month
- Every month, plan internal payments and pay partners
- Check the reasonableness and validity of payment documents
- Accounting and controlling revenue, costs, and distribution of costs
- Manage, urge and collect debts, prepare related reports
- Monitor, control and urge employees' advance payments
- Perform some other tasks as requested by management and Board of Directors
2. Construction
- Monitor contracts, plan for material supply and equipment procurement for the project.
- Coordinate with the planning department to carry out the work included in the contract
- Summarize costs and finalize the project
- Monitor and update developments during the construction process
- Compare arising issues during construction with the Supervision department
