- Collect, synthesize, check the accuracy, validity and legality of documents, process accounting data related to economic activities arising during the period of the enterprise such as: Payment slips, bills receipts, invoices, export slips, import slips,...
- Perform operations related to importing lobsters (excluding customs import and export procedures), counting goods, exchanging and transacting with import intermediaries, and paying according to documents.
- Monitor and manage debt with suppliers and customers.
- Determine accounts, account for arising transactions, balance data between books and documents.
- Ensure to store documents in a complete, scientific and reasonable manner.
- Provide internal reporting data when requested by superiors.
- Prepare tax reports, financial reports, and statistical reports according to the provisions of law.
- Explain data and provide records and data to tax, audit, and inspection authorities as required.
