1. Job description:
- Prepare reports on production costs, calculate prices and balance revenue of construction projects and equipment projects. Provide accurate and timely useful information about production costs and prices to serve management requirements;
- Monitor and check debts and payment records for suppliers.
- Gather daily invoices and documents, perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting books for the Company.
- Responsible for the validity and reasonableness of payment documents with suppliers.
- Check and control the synthesis of data to prepare tax reports, financial reports, and periodic statistical reports; Report revenue, determine business results, and accounts payable to the budget.
- Arrange, store, and manage accounting records and documents scientifically.
- Provide and explain data to the Board of Directors or functional units: Tax authorities, auditors, inspection teams as required.
2. Job requirements:
- Graduated from college or higher majoring in finance and accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of accounting, priority is given to candidates who have worked as accountants directly in construction projects.
- Proficient in office
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Careful, hardworking, responsible at work
