Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m WORK CONTENT:
Participate in issuing invoices and supporting service contracts for the company's customers, including Vietnamese and foreign customers.
Make reconciliations, payments, and collect accounting documents from the company's projects/activities.
Compile, prepare and submit financial reports on time, including tax reports, monthly/quarterly expense reports, annual financial reports and other reports as required.
Support the process of paying salaries, taxes and insurance for employees.
Resolve employee questions and complaints about issues related to insurance, personal income tax, and wages.
REQUEST:
3-4 years of experience in a similar position
English communication
Able to do accounting tasks
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Misa software
