Main scope of work in charge of:
1. Sales & Debts:
- Export goods to customers, coordinate logistics delivery according to customer processes & requirements.
- Write VAT invoices for customers.
- Effective debt management: compare debts with Sales Representatives, actively contact customers to collect due debts
- Send daily Business report.
2. Warehouse & logistics operations:
- Import and export goods for Head Office and branches, coordinate logistics to deliver goods according to the process and plan.
- Daily, weekly and monthly inventory counts according to the process.
- Update monthly Inventory report and track product date.
3. General accounting & tax operations:
- In charge of revenue and expenditure, domestic and international NCC payment, daily fund report.
- Monthly internal financial reporting to the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate the implementation of tax plans and tax reports according to the company plan.
