- Organize and manage general activities related to the field of finance and accounting: book system, invoices - accounting documents; accounting reports, financial reports; Tax payment records, accounting documents and tax finalization; ...
- Organize, direct and operate the accounting apparatus; Inspect, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial and accounting work.
- Act as the focal point for working with Banks, Tax Authorities, and related units; focal point in inspection, verification, auditing and inspection according to regulations.
- Organize the dissemination, guidance and implementation of financial and accounting regimes and regulations issued by the State; Organize/implement training, education, and fostering to improve professional qualifications for accountants.
- Plan and advise leaders on short/long-term plans/options in capital use; Solve problems related to business finances.
- Perform other tasks in accounting operations and as requested by the Company's Board of Directors.
Professional and professional requirements:
- Graduated from University or higher major: Accounting, Auditing.
- Certified Chief Accountant; Certificate of Foreign Language (English) and Information Technology level C or higher; Proficient in using accounting software.
- Minimum 02 (two) years of experience as Chief Accountant.
- Priority is given to candidates with one of the following experiences:
+ Has held the position of Chief Accountant in a Real Estate investment enterprise;
+ Able to withstand high pressure at work.
