Monitor and control all receipts and payments of the Company
Manage all accounting books, invoices and legal documents of the enterprise
Prepare and report periodically (monthly/quarterly): Cash book, bank book, inventory, inventory of fixed assets & tools, use of invoices of the business, report on Results Income Statement, Tax Statement, Cash Flow Statement
Prepare financial statements, analyze financial situation, make financial plans for the company. Organize the implementation of the approved financial plan.
Advise the management on control, cash flow status, optimal financial options
Managing and training departmental personnel
Undertake alternate jobs when there is a shortage of personnel in the department
Explain accounting data to tax authorities upon request for inspection and settlement.
