Architect planning at Ha Noi - Văn Phú Invest

- Advise and deploy preliminary concepts in a timely manner to serve the investment of the corporation.
- Responsible for appraising, monitoring, controlling and reporting on the design work, design management in the stages starting from the conceptual planning design to the construction engineering design stage.
- Work directly with domestic and foreign partners on the design of 1/500 plan, master plan.
- Sketching, proposing planning ideas, calculating and synthesizing planning indicator data.
- Master planning criteria and legal processes, work with state management agencies in planning and construction related to the project's investment preparation.
- Coordinate with related infrastructure departments to complete design documents.
- Advising the Executive Board on issues related to the Planning.
- Support to coordinate the design of stages with domestic & foreign consulting units, functional departments of the Company, and project management boards;
- Check design documents to ensure that they are consistent with investment objectives, and design tasks,
- Understand and apply industry standards and regulations in accordance with laws (or international standards if necessary) in design documents.
- Perform work related to administrative and legal procedures of the project from the stage of investment preparation until the project is put into operation and exploitation; directly work with the Departments, departments and branches on legal procedures related to investment projects;
- Other tasks within the scope of work at the request of superiors.
