Approve - Finalize tasks with the Investor
Design Proposal in preliminary Proposal form
Job requirements:
Graduated from a regular university in the fields of Architecture, Construction, Planning, Landscape, ... over 25 years old and have at least five years of practical experience in small and medium-sized architectural offices
• Experience in technical design and construction works
• Ability to execute and control projects at the same time
• Able to organize, manage work and deploy construction design documents well
• Ability to proficiently use 2D software (AutoCAD, Revit), 3D (SketchUp, 3Dmax), rendering (Photoshop, InDesign) and office and management software (Microsoft Office)
