Candidates with good organizational experience will be considered for the position of team leader
A. INTERNATIONAL, OFFICE:
1. Controlling the project's operating results and cash flow.
2. Management of AB's economic activities. Be responsible for making payment A, payment B according to the payment terms signed in the Contract.
3. Make a plan for checking and accepting payment/settlement of the monthly volume performed with the Investor/TVGS. As well as Making/confirming payment volume of NCCs/NTPs/NCs according to signed contracts.
4. Separation of construction work volume according to the estimate/generating estimate (if any), protect the construction volume with the Investor/TVGS to serve the payment of A (or settlement of A).
5. Management of Construction Budget and Control of costs according to Contract B, indirect and direct costs and other costs on the work.
6. Planning monthly financial resources of the Project, summarizing financial reimbursement costs to update and control according to the construction budget.
7. Keep records, dispatches, decisions, or documents related to payment and finance of the project.
8. Together with the Supervisory Team Leader, the Commander, QC-QA, the Planner: prepare the construction completion documents, the work settlement payment documents periodically and at the end of the work.
9. Make daily/weekly completion reports to the Project Manager, or to the Investor/TVGS upon request.
B. SURVEY OF CHILDREN
1. Participating in the quality/volume acceptance test with the Investor. Quality check of finished products of direct construction teams/materials and equipment of suppliers….etc.
2. Directly in charge of a number of jobs under the assignment of the Project Manager from time to time.
