Processing
- In charge of organizing and managing the design of planning/technical infrastructure/transportation items. Coordinate with other management departments, supervise the design process, verify design documents - estimates of construction/transportation technical infrastructure items;
- Participate in contractor selection and contract negotiation; Inspect and control the acceptance and settlement of bidding packages/technical infrastructure/transportation items;
- Receive project input information - make structural calculation plans
- Prepare a schedule for implementing structural documents according to each phase of the project
- Allocating and controlling the quality of structural documents
- Create calculation diagrams to check design - optimize structures
- Advise leaders and superiors and coordinate with design consulting units to optimize designs, alternatives and alternative materials/equipment to optimize investment costs;
