- Read, understand, master construction drawings, construction design;
- Formulate construction methods of assigned road and bridge projects;
- Directly implementing the construction work, supervising the construction units of the items according to the approved drawings to ensure safety, quality and progress;
- Proposing construction measures and changes to achieve construction progress and quality;
- Manage materials and equipment, calculate and confirm construction volume;
- Report the daily execution volume to the Group's Board of Directors, the Management Board of the Bidding Package, the Supervisory Board, the Investor, the construction organization plan, ...
- Calculate the appropriate payment volume, in accordance with the contract provisions;
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Group's Board of Directors and the Management Board of the bidding package.
