Job description
- Working hours:
* Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
* Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (The third Saturday of each month is off)
- Ensure sales according to assigned targets
- Approach customers and introduce products
- Receive & process customer orders until delivery is completed
- Monitor and handle customer complaints and prepare sales reports weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly
- Manage customer data and implement customer care programs

Experience/Skills in detail
- Graduated from College or equivalent
- Priority is given to Engineering majors (Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical - Electronics, Heat, ...)
- At least 01 year in similar position
- Candidates with experience in Project Business is an advantage
- Have knowledge about sales, building customer networks, and market development
