- Take charge of organizing, managing and coordinating the design work of MEP items by external consultants;
- Supervise the design process, verify design documents - estimates of MEP items;
- Participate in contractor selection, negotiate and sign construction contracts for MEP items. Inspect and control construction work, construction supervision, acceptance and settlement documents for MEP items;
- Control and approve the list of quality standards, materials and equipment for MEP items used for each project, corresponding to the approved project investment level;
- Advise leaders and superiors and coordinate with design consulting units on optimizing designs, alternatives and alternative materials/equipment to optimize investment costs;
- Coordinate with external design consultants and relevant departments to control and approve construction methods, shopdrawing drawings, working drawings of MEP items for construction contractors according to design documents. approved.
