Processing
- Meeting with investors, supervision consultants and construction site stakeholders
- Provide monthly construction progress (if there are specific requirements, weekly implementation progress must be provided).
- Control subcontractors (if any) according to schedule.
- Report to superiors on construction progress periodically (check reports prepared by lower level staff before sending)
- Control technical staff performing work through regular or extraordinary internal meetings.
- Meeting with direct construction teams and technical staff to immediately resolve problems on the construction site when they arise
- Check and sign the payment volume for workers and the payment volume with the investor.
- Discuss special construction measures or payment policies with field technical staff and payment staff
- Organize life and activities for all staff on the construction site.
