Work content:
- Make an implementation plan for the items you are in charge of based on the general progress table of the project. Work with the investor's supervisor on field problems, receive and hand over the construction site.
- Confirm that construction supervisors arise and problems, if any, ensure progress and quality of the items they are assigned to supervise.
- Ensure the assigned items are deployed and installed in accordance with the shop design/drawing approved by the Investor.
- Assign work to subcontractors/teams daily, directly supervise the construction process of subcontractors/teams.
- Coordinate with quantity staff to request materials. Control the delivery and receipt of materials to contractors/teams.
- Handle problems that arise with contractors/teams at the construction site; Make records of violations by contractors/teams; Propose sanctions for violating contractors/teams and submit them to the Commander
- Coordinate with Shop Drawing Engineer to adjust construction plans upon request from the Investor or from the field.
- Organize quality acceptance testing with subcontractors and investors - Coordinate with Quantity Engineers, drawings...
Candidate requirements
• Graduated from university/college with relevant majors: fire protection, CTN, electromechanical, mechanical
• Have 2 years or more experience in a fire protection system design position, priority is given to candidates with experience in industrial factory design;
• Have knowledge about materials - fire protection equipment, current fire protection system design standards;
• Proficient in using Autocad, Ms Excel, Ms...
