- Receive the project and design drawings to be handed over. Conduct a survey of the current status of the works;
- Quantity take-off, planning and construction progress;
- Conduct construction work, coordinate workers and direct the construction on the site to ensure correct and complete work items according to the signed contract;
- Monitoring the quality, quantity and taking technical responsibility of construction items on the construction site;
- Monitoring the quality and quantity of input materials on the construction site;
- Representing the company to work directly with the Investor, the Client to solve all problems arising on the construction site on the basis of the Company's direction;
- Carrying out the acceptance of quality and workload with subcontractors and suppliers;
- Carrying out the pre-acceptance test of quality and workload with the Investor and customers;
- Monitor project quality, receive information from customers and perform warranty and maintenance services in accordance with the Company's regulations.
- Other related tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
