Job Description :
- Organize the construction of work items within the scope of the construction project in accordance with the requirements of the construction design documents, and supervise construction according to the HSTK.
- Deploy and directly supervise teams and subcontractors
- Organize the implementation of internal acceptance work with the Management contractor, construction teams, subcontractors as assigned by the Executive Board.
- Prepare acceptance documents and payment documents according to assigned tasks.
- Control of construction site materials (delivery, receipt), loss of materials.
- Other tasks as requested by superiors
Job requirements
- Graduated from college, university majoring in civil and industrial construction
- Careful, honest, good thinking, Hardworking, hardworking, Able to work independently as well as in a team, under pressure
- Proficient in using software: Autocad, Microsoft Office
