Job description:

Assist in the installation and qualification of production equipment, troubleshoot daily production issues, and identify and/or implement system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, productivity, and production performance goals Products.

Solve day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems.
Identify and implement product productivity and performance improvements. Develop methods to assign causes to excursions.
Set up and maintain the meter
Ensure all processes are running on target as defined by Process Control Plan.
Respond to SPC process control alarms, bring processes back under control
Perform planned process experiments, collect and analyze data, and report test results.
Collect data regarding daily tool performance and related product performance.
Provide training for production associates.
Develop and update internal documentation including drawings, standard operating procedures and specifications.
Interface with internal associates and vendor representatives, as required, to complete assigned projects.
Develop a complete understanding of area processes, equipment, and support systems.
Provide training for production associates.
Maintain effective communication with production associates and production engineers.
Product placement does not conform to established criteria (NCP).
Follow all safety procedures and good hygiene standards.
Ensure waste is disposed of in designated containers
Make sure hazardous waste containers are closed unless adding or removing waste
Make sure the satellite accumulation bins are in the designated locations.
