JOB DETAILS
- Installation of equipment and products provided by the Company upon request; Warranty, maintenance and repair of products at the Company or the location requested by the customer
-Participate in the development of warranty policies, procedures and product repair and maintenance plans
-Participate in the implementation of customer care programs
-Set up the process of handling machinery and equipment when there is a problem
-Know the techniques of printing paper backing
-Installing, maintaining and maintaining machinery, equipment and electrical systems in the company
-Checking and maintaining fire protection system
-Repair, check and maintain to improve the operational efficiency of the equipment and machinery in the enterprise
- Handling and solving problems arising in the process of operating machinery
- Regularly check and monitor the electrical system in order to promptly handle incidents
- Make periodic reports on repair, maintenance and maintenance of machinery and equipment as required
- Handle and improve problems arising during operation
- Manage and operate the inspection room for machinery, equipment, and technology lines.
