- Greet and greet customers
- Answer phones, receive calls from partners and customers and make sure these calls are connected to the correct address
- Maintain customer profile and personal information.
- Coordinate with customers to handle arising problems
- Arrange decoration, clean the reception area
- Implement the CSC according to the plan.
- Consulting customers about dental services.
- Coordinating customers according to the clinic's medical examination process
- Implement the payment process for customers.
- Other tasks as directed by management.
REQUEST
- Experience: Prior experience with the position of Receptionist is preferred.
- No experience, training will be provided
- Look good
- Self-organizing, arranging and planning to perform assigned tasks.
- Proficient in the use of computers (Excel)
- The most important is the progressive spirit, serious attitude to work and enthusiasm.
RIGHT
- Income level: 7 million -12 million (or negotiable depending on personal capacity).
- Support lunch at the Company.
- Support for lunch break room (including bed, mattress, blanket, pillow and full air conditioner).
- Working time: Working time: from 7:45 am. Monday to Sunday (2h lunch break), 3 days off every month. Come back 2 days early this week
